Specific Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion, bwin Summer Festival, is valid from 00:00 on 26/05/2022 until 23:59 on 10/07/2022 (the ''Promotional Period'').
2. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
3. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions. 

Eligibility

4. The promotion is available to new and existing customers of bwin.be (the “Website”) who are:
1. over 18 years old;
2. have a verified account; and
3. are able to see this promotion after login, exclusions apply.

Mechanics

5. This promotion consists of 5 sub-promotions: (A) Fortune Teller; (B) Three Shells; (C) Haunted House; (D) Penalty Shootout: (E) Claw Grabber.
6. To participate in each sub-promotion, an Eligible Player must first opt-in during the Promotional Period.
7. An Eligible Player who has opted in will receive 1 free tickets to use in the bwin Summer Festival. To receive more tickets, a player will have to wager on Sports (see "Wagering requirements" below).
8. An Eligible Player will need the following amount of tickets to enter and play each game:

1. 1 (one) ticket to enter and play the Three Shells game to win prizes. Eligible Players will not be guaranteed a prize.
2. 1 (one) ticket to enter and play the Penalty Shoot Out game to win prizes. Eligible Players will not be guaranteed a prize.
3. 5 (five) tickets to enter and play the Haunted House game to win prizes. Eligible Players will be guaranteed a prize.
4. 5 (five) tickets to enter and play the Claw Grabber game to win prizes. Eligible Players will be guaranteed a prize.
5. 15 (fifteen) tickets to enter and play the Fortune Teller game to win prizes. Eligible Players will be guaranteed a prize. 

Wagering requirements  

10. An Eligible Player can earn extra tickets each day to enter and play the bwin Summer Festival Games.
11. An Eligible Player must wager €10 (cumulative) on Sports (min. odds 1.70) in a day (running from 00.00 to 23.59.59 (a “day”) to receive 1 (one) extra ticket to the bwin Summer Festival.  
12. Bets placed with Odds Boost Tokens will not be considered for the promotion.
13. Bets must be placed and settle on the same day. You will receive the tickets once your bet is settled.
14. Duplicate and void bets will not count;
15. Cancelled bets and systems do not count towards this offer; 
16. Cash out bets do not count towards this offer;
17. System bets do not count towards this offer;
18. The wagering requirements set out in clause 11 and clause 12 are referred to as “Eligible Bet”.
19. Players must visit the Festival page to claim the tickets. Tickets will be lost if you do not return to the festival page by the end of the day.
20. An Eligible Player can maximum earn 10 (ten) tickets pr. day.
21. Tickets can be used throughout the promotional period.
22. Tickets do not have to be used on the same day they are received. Example: An Eligible player wagers €50 on sports. 5 tickets will be earned on that day and will be shown right away in the tickets balance on the bwin Summer Festival Landing Page. An Eligible player can use his tickets right away or save them to another day.

(A) Fortune Teller Prizes

23. Eligible Players are guaranteed a prize when playing the Fortune Teller game.
24. An Eligible Player will need 10 (ten) tickets to enter the game and shall win randomly one of the following prizes: 

1. €10 Cash.
2. €5 Cash.
3. A 30% Odds Boost Token with a maximum stake of €10
4. A 50% Odds Boost Token with a maximum stake of €10

(B) Claw Grabber Prizes

25. Eligible Players are guaranteed a prize when playing the Claw Grabber game
26. An Eligible Player will need 5 (five) tickets to enter the game and have an equal chance of winning one of the following prizes: 

1. A 25% Odds Boost Token with a maximum stake of €10
2. A 30% Odds Boost Token with a maximum stake of €10
3. A 40% Odds Boost Token with a maximum stake of €10
4. A 50% Odds Boost Token with a maximum stake of €10

(C) Haunted House Prizes

27. Eligible Players are guaranteed a prize when playing the Haunted House game
28. An Eligible Player will need 5 (five) tickets to enter the game and have an equal chance of winning one of the following prizes: 

1. A 25% Odds Boost Token with a maximum stake of €10
2. A 30% Odds Boost Token with a maximum stake of €10
3. A 40% Odds Boost Token with a maximum stake of €10
4. A 50% Odds Boost Token with a maximum stake of €10

(D) Penalty Shoot Out

29. Eligible Players have a 50% chance of winning a prize when playing the Penalty Shoot Out game.
30. An Eligible Player will need 1 (one) tickets to enter and have an equal chance of winning one of the following prizes: 

1. 2 tickets to the Festival
2. 5 tickets to the Festival
3. A 25% Odds Boost Token with a maximum stake of €10
4. No Prize

(E) Three Shells Prizes

31. Eligible Players have a 50% chance of winning a prize when playing the Three Shells game.
32. An Eligible Player will need 1 (one) tickets to enter and have an equal chance of winning one of the following prizes: 

1. 2 tickets to the Festival
2. 5 tickets to the Festival
3. A 25% Odds Boost Token with a maximum stake of €10
4. No Prize

33. All Games Prizes have to be claimed and used within 72 hours of being issued to an Eligible Player’s account, otherwise, they will be lost.

Odds Boost Token Terms and Conditions

43. All Odds Boost Terms and Conditions apply for the reward.
44. The Odds Boost token will be available only for bets placed with the maximum stake specified above (e.g. €10 or €20).
45. The Odds Boost token will increase the available odds offered on a specific event (e.g. it may increase the odds by 10%, 20% or 50%).
46. To use the Odds Boost token, Eligible Players must log in to their Website account.
47. The Odds Boost token will be available for a limited time only and players must use the token within 72 hours of it being issued. Otherwise, it will become forfeited.
48. Where a bet placed with an Odds Boost Token settles as ‘lost’, no funds are payable, and the Odds Boost Token is considered used.
49. Where a bet placed with an Odds Boost Token settles as ‘lost’ and later corrected as 'won', winnings for the boosted odds will not be given
50. Where a bet placed with an Odds Boost Token settles as ‘cancelled’, your stake is returned, but the Odds Boost reward is considered used.
51. Only one Odds Boost Token can be used per bet slip. Odds Boost Tokens cannot be combined with any other rewards.
52. We reserve the right to accept or decline any bet/wager requested for participating sports, markets or bet types when Odds Boost Token are used or attempted to be used.
53. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or remove the Odds Boost Tokens feature at any time for any event, fixture or market. Any bets placed on such events, fixtures or markets prior to such suspension or removal of the Odds Boost Rewards feature, shall stand as originally placed.
54. We reserve the right to reverse the settlement of a bet placed using the Odds Boost Token feature if the bet or a market is settled in error. Moreover, we can cancel any bets in case there is a pricing error.
55. If you have applied an Odds Boost Token to your bet, any Cash Out returns will be based on the original non-boosted odds.
56. Odds Boost Tokens cannot be used on Price Boosts or Enhanced Accas.  

Cash Prize Terms and Conditions:

57. Cash Prizes are issued and can be immediately withdrawn by the player.

Festival Tickets Reward Terms and Conditions

58. Festival Tickets received as reward can be used on any of the mini-games in the Summer Festival.
59. Festival Tickets received as reward don't count towards the ticket daily limit.

General:

60. The promoter may place restrictions on your account, including deposit restrictions, to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. The promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions affect your ability to complete the requirements of the promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
61. Where the promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion, and/or suspend that player's account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
62. If an Eligible Player is deemed to have staked several bets across the same matches to cover all match result scenarios, the promoter reserves the rights to remove the player from the promotion. In the event of 3 matches and 3-way (1X2) markets, this would be 27 bets to cover all outcomes. For 4 matches and 1X2 markets, this would be 81 bets. The calculation is, (3 ^number of matches). In the case of 3 matches and 2-way markets (yes/no, over/under) it would be 8 bets to cover all outcomes, in the case of 4 matches, and 2-way markets it would be 16 bets to place all outcomes. The calculation is (2 ^number of matches).
63. The promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion in accordance with the terms of our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
