Specific Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of this promotion is Entain, registered in Gibraltar under the number 112454 and having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar. The offer is run in conjunction with LEADER BET N.V..
2. This promotion shall be offered by Entain on various sites other than bwin.be
3. The promotion “Bonus Time” will run from 20:00 – 00:00 (CET) each day from 26.11.2018 to 05.12.2018 (the "Promotional Period").
4. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
5. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
6. Players must:
   1. be over 21 years old;
   2. have made a minimum of 1 deposit in their bwin.be account; and
   3. be able to see the promotion in the ‘account’ section of their bwin.be account.

Mechanics:

7. Players are not required to opt-in to be eligible for this promotion.
8. Bonus Time will run simultaneously on selected Live Dealer Roulette Tables (the “Live Dealer Roulette Bonus Time”) and Slots games (the “Slots Games Bonus Time”) on bwin.be
9. Players can participate in more than one Bonus Time Round each day.
10. Players can win multiple bonuses and cash prizes per day.

Live Dealer Roulette Bonus Time:

11. During the 4 hour Promotional Period, Bonus Time rounds will be randomly called out by Live Casino dealers/hosts and will make all eligible players part of the Bonus Time round.
12. Qualifying tables: Live Black and Yellow Roulette (the “Qualifying tables”)
13. To qualify for a bonus, an Eligible Player must have placed a real-money bet, wagering a minimum of €5 on a qualifying table during the Roulette Bonus Time round (an “Eligible Bet”).
14. Up to 14 Roulette Bonus Time rounds will occur each day during the 4 hour Promotional Period.
15. If an Eligible Player places an Eligible Bet during the Roulette Bonus Time round, the Eligible Player will automatically enter a Roulette Bonus Time prize draw to win 1 bonus between €5 and €50.
16. Eligible Players in the Prize Draw shall be randomly sorted into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
17. Each entry into the Prize Draw shall be allocated a random unique number, starting from number 1 up to the total number of entries in the Prize Draw (the "Unique ID");
18. The winning Eligible Players shall be selected using the random number generator tool in the Microsoft Excel program (the “Tool”).
19. The Tool shall select a Unique ID, identifying a single Eligible Bet and the Eligible Player who placed it, at random.
20. Prizes shall be credited as Non-Deposit Casino Bonuses within 24 hours from the end of the Promotional Period.
21. Prizes awarded as Non-Deposit Casino Bonuses have wagering restrictions attached (see Non-Deposit Casino Bonus Terms and Conditions section).

Slots Games Bonus Time:

23. In order to participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player must place an Eligible Bet (as defined below) during a Promotional Period.
24. An Eligible Bet is a bet that complies with the following requirements:
    1. it is the wager placed on a qualifying game at bwin.be
    2. it is a bet with a minimum value of €0.50 on the “Qualifying games’’;
       (an “Eligible Bet”)
25. Each time an Eligible Player places an Eligible Bet during the Promotional Period, the Eligible Player will automatically enter in a prize draw for a chance to win 1 cash prize between 1 and €500 from a €3,500 daily prize pool.
26. Cash prizes will be awarded randomly during each 4 hour Promotional Period.
27. Any highlighted prizes from the prize pool will trigger a Double Chance option. By picking one of the two selections available in the Double Chance, players will have the chance to either double the initial prize amount or alternatively keep the original prize amount as shown in the prize pool.
28. Prizes will be paid out as per the prize pool tab or increased in the case of a Double Chance option.
29. All cash prizes will be awarded instantly to the Eligible Players account. (see Cash Prize Terms and Conditions section).

Non-Deposit Casino Bonus Terms and Conditions:

30. Non-Deposit Casino Bonus can be used on all Casino games.
31. Prizes awarded as Non-Deposit Casino Bonuses have wagering restrictions attached.
32. Bonus type: Withdrawal Restricted i.e. bonus funds shall be available to play with, but cannot be withdrawn until the player meets the Requirements (as defined below).
33. The bonus will be available to claim in the casino bonus section of the Eligible Player’s account for 24 hours. Failure to claim the Non-Deposit Casino Bonus will result in the bonus expiring.
34. Once the Non-Deposit Casino Bonus is claimed it will be displayed as a restricted amount until the Requirements have been met.
35. You must play through the bonus amount 1 (one) time before it can be withdrawn (the “Requirements”).
36. The Requirements must be met within 3 days from the date the Bonus was placed in your account (the ‘Time Limit’).
37. The player shall lose the Bonus amount if the Requirements are not met within the Time Limit.

Cash Prize Terms and Conditions

38. Cash Prizes are awarded as cash with no wagering restrictions and can be immediately withdrawn by the player.

40. We reserve the right to restrict certain types of wagering from contributing to wagering requirements and to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular or abusive play. Irregular or abusive play includes, but is not limited to, any one or more of the following types of play:
    1. Decreasing your stake amount by 60% or more after a large win for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements while a bonus is still active. E.g. Winning $/£/€100 on any spin including a double up and reducing your stake amount to $/£/€50 or less.
    2. Moving from a low weighted game (25% or less) to a high weighted game (70% or more) after large wins for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements. E.g. you place at least one bet on any game that has a weighting of 20% or less towards wagering, the resulting win is 100% more than the corresponding stake and you move your original stake and winnings to a game weighted at 100% in order to meet wagering requirements.
    3. 43. Low risk Roulette bets. ANY outside bet spread combination on Roulette games covering 25 or more (67%) of the 37 unique number spots on the table. E.g. betting on Red and Black - covers 36.
41. Where the company suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the promotion pending further investigation.

43. We reserve the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion in accordance with the terms of our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
