2. This promotion shall be offered by Entain on various sites other than bwin.be.
3. The promotion (the “Promotion”) will run from Monday 00:01 (CEST) to Friday 23:59 (CEST) of the current week (the "Promotional Period").

5. By taking part in this promotion, you agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.

Mechanics:

7. To participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player (as defined above) must (1) opt-in to the Leaderboard, (2) place an Eligible Bet (as defined below) and (3) gain Promotional Points.
8. An Eligible Bet is a bet that complies with the following requirements:
   1. it is a bet placed on Slot Games in the Download Casino, Instant Play Casino or Mobile Casino (the “Casinos”) during the Promotional Period;
   2. it is a real-money bet and
   3. bets placed using bonuses will not count towards this promotion.

9. If an Eligible Player places an Eligible Bet, the Eligible Player shall gain points (the “Promotional Points”) and shall be placed in a Leaderboard contest (the “Leaderboard”) to win one of the prizes (the “Prize”) as set out below.
10. Eligible Players who gain the most Promotional Points and rank in the top 2000 positions at the end of the Promotional Period shall be eligible to win a Prize.
11. Eligible Players who rank in a Hotspot Winning position at the end of the Promotional Period shall be eligible to win a Prize.
12. Only Eligible Bets placed on the Games at the Casinos during the Promotional Period will gain Promotional Points and count towards the Leaderboard.

14. If an Eligible Player places an Eligible Bet, the Eligible Player shall gain double points when wagering on two specially chosen games (as indicated on the Promotional page).
15. Eligible Players shall be able to view the number of Promotional Points they have accumulated for the Leaderboard by viewing the promotion within the “My promotions” section of their account.
16. An Eligible Player shall only be entitled to win one (1) Prize during the Promotional Period, regardless of the number of accounts that player holds.

20. In the event that more than one Eligible Player gains the same number of Promotional Points on the Leaderboard (a “Tie”), the rank 1 and rank 2 Prizes shall be added together and shall be split equally between the Eligible Players in the Tie.

Example: Player A and B gain the same number of Promotional Points and both rank in first position on the Leaderboard. The Prize in rank 1 and 2 (as set out below) shall be added together, and split equally between the two players – i.e (rank 1 Prize, 1,000 EUR + rank 2 Prize, 500 EUR) = 1,500 EUR divided by 2 = 750 EUR. Each Player’s Prize shall be 750 EUR.

Non deposit Casino Bonus Prize Terms and Conditions

21. Non-Deposit Casino Bonus can be used on all Casino games.
22. Prizes awarded as Non-Deposit Casino Bonuses have wagering restrictions attached.
23. Bonus type: Withdrawal Restricted i.e. bonus funds shall be available to play with, but cannot be withdrawn until the player meets the Requirements

General

43. We reserve the right to restrict certain types of wagering from contributing to wagering requirements and to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular or abusive play. Irregular or abusive play includes, but is not limited to, any one or more of the following types of play:
44. Decreasing your stake amount by 60% or more after a large win for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements while a bonus is still active. E.g. Winning $/£/€100 on any spin including a double up and reducing your stake amount to £/€/$50 or less.

47. Where the company suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
